General Conditions of Sale - Integrity Enterprises, LLC

Article 1: Scope of Application These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites operated by Integrity Enterprises, LLC. A "client" is defined as any individual or business entity placing an order with Integrity Enterprises, LLC, which is validated via our secure payment platform.

Article 1a: Age Limit Integrity Enterprises, LLC only accepts clients over 16 years old for digital products and over 18 years old for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars. We take measures to restrict access to our digital products and services for minors. If it is found that a subscriber or customer does not meet these criteria, their access will be revoked, and any payments made will be refunded.

Article 2: Order Placing an order through the Integrity Enterprises, LLC website signifies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes. Prices for digital products and services may change at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment is due at the time of order placement, including for pre-order products. We accept payments via our secure payment gateways, Zelle and Cash App. Payment transactions are encrypted and secured by Zelle and Cash App, and Integrity Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any security breaches related to payment processing.

Article 5: Delivery Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address provided. In the event of non-receipt, clients should check their spam or junk mail folders and contact us for assistance.
