Earned a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy, a program renowned for its emphasis on functional design, interdisciplinary collaboration, and real-world application. This advanced education fostered a deep understanding of architectural principles, project planning, and the integration of form and function in both residential and commercial spaces.
BACKGROUND
In 2005, Robert began his career as a young Project Engineer in Detroit, MI—where design and construction converged into a lifelong passion. With a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy, he learned early how to balance form with function and bridge the gap between drawings and buildability.

Robert’s early career unfolded across some of the Midwest’s most respected commercial contractors, where he developed his foundation in estimating, project management, and construction operations. He worked for JL Judge Construction, Ann Arbor Ceiling & Partition, MICCO, and MW Construction—each step shaping his understanding of how projects truly come together.
​
At Ann Arbor Ceiling & Partition, his dedication and attention to detail earned him a promotion and relocation to Las Vegas, NV, where he managed MICCO, the firm’s small union wall and ceiling sister company. There, Robert led estimating, procurement, and project execution—overseeing multimillion-dollar scopes in drywall, metal framing, lath, and plaster. He learned how crucial accurate estimating was—not just for winning bids, but for keeping companies profitable once boots hit the ground.

Over time, his work spanned multiple sectors, including:
Federal: Banks, Air Force Bases
County: Airports, Schools, Universities, Courthouses, Libraries
Commercial: Tenant Improvements, Ground-Up Construction, Retail
Hospitality: Casino Builds and Renovations

By 2014, that experience came full circle when JL Judge Construction—the same company where he began—called and asked him to estimate a project. That single call became the spark for something greater. What started as one estimate turned into a calling to help contractors everywhere build systems that ensure clarity, consistency, and control over their numbers.

That was the birth of Integrity Enterprises, LLC.
​
What began as a one-man operation has evolved into a trusted national estimating and project management partner—serving contractors who value accuracy, communication, and structure. Through Integrity, Robert blends his architectural insight, field experience, and business acumen to help wall and ceiling contractors nationwide win profitable work and protect their margins.

Today, Integrity Enterprises provides estimating and consulting services for contractors across the U.S.—supporting projects of every size, from tenant improvements to large-scale public and private developments. Robert’s mission remains the same: to raise the standard of estimating through education, process, and partnership.
